We start production shortly after an order is placed, and therefore, cancellations, returns, or refunds cannot be accommodated once an order has been confirmed.

Order Modifications:

If you need to make any changes to your order, such as sizing adjustments or shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours from the time of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the production process has not yet commenced.
